THE SB.TRAINING PROGRAM

The sb.training program delivers improvements in power, strength, and movement competency.

Strength loss is an indirect effect of aging. Strength qualities are not lost simply because you're getting older, but because of a decrease in deliberate training.

  The sb.training program is designed to deliver consistent results. Programming is concurrent, meaning you can develop power, strength, and size simultaneously. The program will challenge you to improve from week to week, and build on those improvements from phase to phase.

 

The program consists of three to four 1 hour training sessions per week. Each session includes a preparatory block, followed by a power block, then a strength block, and finally a hypertrophy block. Programming is delivered monthly, and you will have daily access to support and feedback.
