TEAM PROGRAMMING

We provide professional strength & conditioning services to college, high school, and club teams.

Basic Plan​

  • Programming for up to 3 gym based strength training sessions per week.

  • Loads & intensities for main power & strength movements are individualized for each athlete on your team based on a self-administered testing protocol performed at the start of the program.

Pro Plan​

  • Programming for up to 3 gym based strength training sessions & 3 field based conditioning sessions per week.

  • Loads & Intensities for main power & strength movements are individualized for each athlete on your team based on a self-administered testing protocol performed at the start of the program.

  • Individual coaching & feedback for main power & strength movements.

  • Conditioning sessions are individualized based on self-administered testing protocol at the start of the program.
