ABOUT SAM

Sam Black M.S.A. CSCS FMS-1 USAW-1

Sam is a certified strength and conditioning coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified with Functional Movement Systems, and USA Weightlifting.

 

Sam has over 7 years of coaching experience in both sports performance and personal training. Sam currently works in soccer at the professional level. Previously he has worked with athletes from sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball tennis and golf. Before moving into coaching, Sam competed at the collegiate and semi professional level.
